This graphic shows a sample layout of the basic Cacao Cucina® equipment line, consisting of the RO-15 Roaster, Winn-15 Winnower, Nib Grinder, CM-10 Chocolate Maker and TM-10 Batch Tempering Unit. For this equipment configuration, we recommend approximately 1100 to 1300 square feet of work space, with a separate working area for the storage and cleaning of raw cocoa beans.
