Cacao Cucina® is a trademark of Bottom Line Process Technologies, Inc., or BLT. BLT is a small, family-owned equipment design and manufacturing company based in Tampa Bay, FL. Our company was founded in 1993. We have been designing and manufacturing equipment in-house since 1999. We started exporting our equipment in 2001, and since then have exported equipment throughout North and South America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Africa. We have worked with some of the largest consumer products companies in the world, as well as private individuals.
We are equally passionate about creativity and responsibility. While we design our equipment to give you flexibility and control in all phases of the chocolate-making process, we also design our equipment with the same attention to safety, reliability, and ease of sanitation as large, industrial systems.

We will show you the entire process, from raw beans to finished chocolate, not just one or two steps, sharing our years of experience with you along the way.
Bring your beans and leave with chocolate! If you want to know how chocolate tastes made from your beans, you can do it in our chocolate kitchen. For clients unable to visit, just ship us your beans. We’ll ship your chocolate back to you.
Whether you buy one piece of equipment from us, or an entire line, our clients are always invited for training at our facility. There is never a charge for client training in the chocolate kitchen.
